"There
are not many books that grab my attention right off the bat. It usually
takes several to get the ball rolling, but not with To Every Thing a
Purpose. When you read the first chapter, you will want to keep on
reading. I just started the other night but I do not believe it will
take me too long to finish. I want to know what happens to Jeff and his
bride.
Chapter one has a good emphasis on prayer and
dependence upon the Lord. I like the fact that Jeff does not trust in
"luck" but he got on his knees and sought the Lord. A good
lesson for all of us. Many times we do not understand why things happen
to us, but God sees the bigger picture. God's hand of sovereignty is
well portrayed in this book. Look for God's hand in the story and it
will open your eyes to deeper truths."

"The book was good. It takes a lot to get me reading but this just got me hooked straight away. It's written in a way that keeps people reading to find out what's going on with the young couple. Its also one of the few books that have had me crying....."

To Everything a Purpose is a moving story, fast-paced, with enough unexpected plot twists to keep the reader interested. You are deeply in touch with human emotion, evoking in the reader feelings from despair to tearful joy, from anxiety to relief. Great job on that! I was brought to tears at the prayer meeting...and sympathized especially with Jeff throughout the novel. The way you tell the story in a third-person limited point of view encourages that.
